Founder & Chief Executive Officer
DeMario Arnold graduated from Michigan State University with his Master’s degree in 2018. He continued his education by obtaining a Personal Finance Certification from the University of Florida. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arnold Consulting and the Chief Executive Officer of Green Creek Properties, a real estate acquisitions group, currently with holdings in North Carolina, Virginia, and Mexico. He currently manages more than half a million dollars of real estate and investment assets. He is innovative, trustworthy, altruistic, and dedicated to the liberation that financial freedom provides and believes that everyone deserves this freedom. He lives by the Arnold Consulting core value that "commitment to our clients compels us to provide exemplary financial services to all of our clients."
Jeri L. Youngblood
Chief Operations Officer & Senior Personal Finance Coach
Jeri Youngblood earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and her Master’s degree in Business Administration. The two degrees allow her a unique view of finance and human behavior from a cultural, social, and educational perspective. She continued her education by earning a certification through the University of Florida in Personal and Family Financial Planning. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Athena Property Group, a property acquisition company, and the Chief Operations Officer of Arnold Consulting. She is driven by results and wants to abet every client to achieve their highest potential. She embodies the Arnold Consulting value that “our success is ultimately defined by the success of our clients.
Courtney D. Davila
Chief Executive Coordinator & Personal Finance Coach
Courtney Davila earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating in 2014 with distinguished honors and an internationally recognized research publication. After a series successful roles in sales, management and logistics in a variety of industries, she went forth to obtain her personal and family financial planning certification through The University of Florida. Today, Courtney has merged her passions of psychology and finance to bring a unique and comforting approach to the sometimes harsh world of money, which aims to bridge the gap between your finances and your lifestyle to achieve success and happiness. Determined to educate and empower each client to inspire positive changes, she epitomizes one of Arnold Consulting’s most notable beliefs: “Financial freedom isn’t a privilege, it’s a right!”
